Comfort Inn Sandusky

We got a room with a bathtub. The price was US$ 98.

The staff - very good and kind.

The staff were accommodating and pleasant, everything was great.

The hotel was perfect and clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was magnificent to restaurants or loads nearby. The breakfast was hot and exceptional, lots of fresh food. Spent here 2 good days and will be back.

Average American hotel. Breakfast is not crazy, but you can have a snack. That's the standard. :) In the room clean, comfortable beds, towels and bed linen clean. Water with lemon, coffee, tea available at the reception. Generally, the quality/price ratio is about Cedar Point (15 minutes by car) and this is what we wanted.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room because of the humidity. After the air was aired, it could be tolerated.

I really appreciated the close proximity to several beautiful parks like Osborn Recreation Area and the James H. McBride Arboretum, perfect for a weekend stroll to enjoy nature. The staff was attentive.

Desk chair was falling apart and would not extend fully. Door on the closet came off the track multiple times. Laundry machines were not working and management was not aware. Key Cards failed after first night and need to be re-coded. Breakfast is hot, but limited selection and variety.

Friendly staff made the check-in process smoother.

The room was filthy, with black marks on the pillowcases, made me question hygiene. The air conditioner barely worked, leaving us uncomfortable, and the no-smoking room smelled like smoke. Not to mention, the hallways reeked of marijuana. The pool area was overrun by loud pre-teens, and breakfast was just plain disappointing. I can't believe we wasted our time here.

The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. The kids loved splashing around for hours. The beds were super comfy and our room was really clean.

My room had a non working jacuzzi which I wasn't charged for. But once my kids saw it, they needed to play in it. I had to pay $65 to upgrade to a different room and they barely played in it. I was annoyed.

indoor and outdoor pool. 15 minutes to the cedarpoint. restaurant and shopping facilities not far.

there is no safe in the room and at the reception there are no individual safeboxes. bathroom much too small!!. at the we mass processing in the breakfast room. everything without love...

We enjoyed our stay, especially the kids loved the outdoor pool bar atmosphere after a long day visiting Cedar Point. The breakfast was fantastic-those waffles were a hit! The room was spacious and perfect for our family.

In my wife's opinion, the towels could have been more plentiful for families. It seemed like we'd need to ask for extras .

Over all pleasant experience

Room had a strange odor, reported it but none ever came to check it
